Created in 2022 as a response to the rising costs of healthcare plans, ClearLake is an employee health benefits Stop Loss Captive Program designed specifically for small to medium sized hospitals and is available in all 50 States. ClearLake brings cost savings to your employee health benefits plan without sacrificing control or individual plan benefits to your employees. Governed by hospital executives who make up the captive, ClearLake continues to have it's members at the forefront of the captives intentions.

At ClearLake, we offer a range of services aimed at helping healthcare facilities optimize their health plans while controlling costs. From self-funded to fully insured facilities, our customizable program allows members to choose their own plan administrator and design a program specific to their hospital’s needs.
